The start of our business dates back to 1983, when Mr. \u017deljko Kodrnja founded the company under the name \"Metalna galanterija\". With changes to the law on craft activities in 1990, the company continued to operate under the name \"Strojna obrada metala Kodrnja\". The generational change in leadership happened in 1997 when the successor, Mr. Danijel Kodrnja, took on the CEO position. The re-registration of the craft and the change in leadership was officially recognized by the State administration office and the Services for economy and pension-legal affairs, Klanjec branch, on the 30th of April 1997. From that point on the company was officially in the commercial register as a craft for metal machining.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our craft is in full ownership of Mr. Danijel Kodrnja, and we operate in accordance with the system of double bookkeeping and income tax. We are ISO 9001 certified<\/strong> since January 2003 which shows our devotion to fulfilling the highest standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our basic activity is creating a wide range of metal and non-metal products, as well as offering services for mechanical parts which are used in the automobile, medical, food, construction and oil industries. Our craft exceptionally stands out in creating highly complex machine elements and circuits, mostly on demand, individually or in small batches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
